DELIVERY TIMES/shipping

We endeavour to ship your order within 24hrs of receipt.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification and we will provide you with a tracking ID.

Domestic orders will be delivered within 2-4 days. Express orders will be delivered within 1 day.

You must provide a business address or an address where someone can sign for the delivery. The Wong Way does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.  We will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected insured shipping. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect once the parcel is sent. And do not hold accountability for using incorrect address,

LOCAL PICKUP

Central Coast customers may collect their order from Forresters Beach, NSW. Please select this option at checkout. Address details will be sent with order confirmation

Note: Upon collection you may be asked for your order confirmation or a valid photo ID.  

RETURNED/REJECTED PACKAGES:

If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided, you will be required to repurchase postage. Once payment is received we will be able to resend your package.


REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

Here at The Wong Way, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied and in love with their products, if for any reason a refund is necessary. please contact us regarding a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this date we do not accept refunds due to change of mind.

Please note we do not accept refunds when:

  • Items are not refund in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.

  • Items are refunded outside the specified refund timeframe

  • An order includes bespoke or customised items

Should any of the above occur, The Wong Way will return the good at the customer's expense. Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to The Wong Way.

Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind.Any purchases made through The Wong Way stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase. To arrange a return, please contact/ organise with the stockist from which the item was purchased at.  


FAULTY OR/AND DAMAGED GOODS

All jewellery is checked by a qualified jeweller, as well as our dispatch team. We take care to ensure that our products are up to our highest standard of quality. However if an item does reach you in a damaged condition please inform us via email (izy@thewongway.life) immediately. We shall request that the product is returned unworn and in its original packaging for a replacement to be dispatched.

If an item is faulty please inform us within 28 days of receiving the product. If you inform us later than 28 days we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please include all components: beads, chain, clasp, etc.In original packaging used. We will not replace items that did not need repair. Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered fault. Please refer to our care and safety guide for further reference and tips

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges The Wong Way will repair your item for free once returned, with free shipping back to you.
